Dining & Public Space

Outdoor service areas are going up all throughout the city here as Spring begins. These dining areas are cyclically built (and dismantled) here in Scandinavia in line with the seasons.

It’s now with new eyes & perspective that we see outdoor dining areas as well as the repurposing of space (in this area pictured, parking spaces). Pandemic era outdoor dining is not something we have touched on at all thus far with posts & content but we are here for the discussion & have keen curiosity for how things will develop with new adaptations around the world in food & hospitality’s adaptive use of space.
