Established in December 2022, the Sustainable Urbanism: Global Perspectives series is coordinated by the Biophilic Urbanism working group and is dedicated to exploring a range of issues related to sustainable urban development in the 21st century .

We will be discussing:
• the findings of IPCC reports
• the ‘decade to act’ & overshoot
• Minal’s experience with walkability (or lack of) in her city
• Exploring what can be done at the policy level & what can be done at the personal level
• the relationship of mobility, status and culture
• Developing encouraging messages to act for the intensive level change that is needed
