W styczniu 2026 roku startujemy z ankietą w ramach badania „Postrzeganie Radomia – Twoje wspomnienia o Radomiu”. Celem tego badania jest zbadanie postrzegania miasta przez jego mieszkańców – szczególnie ich opinii na temat różnych aspektów Radomia, wspomnień związanych z konkretnymi miejscami publicznymi i zmian, jakie zaszły w nich na przestrzeni dekad, badanie to stanowi część dialogu i refleksji nad transformacją miejską, rewitalizacją miejską, jakością życia, narracją mieszkańców oraz miejskimi legendami.
Miasto to nie tylko jego przestrzenie, lecz także jego duch. Wspomnienia dotyczące zbudowanego środowiska oraz przestrzeni miejskich są częścią tego ducha.
Warsztaty 2026

Magda i Igor, dwoje studentów studiów licencjackich na kierunku filologia angielska na Wydziale Filologiczno-Pedagogicznym Uniwersytetu Radomskiego, a jednocześnie praktykanci w American Corner Radom, biorą udział w projekcie jako koordynatorzy wywiadów oraz tłumacze. Jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni za ich wsparcie!

In January 2026, we are launching a survey as part of a study on Perceptions of Radom. The study aims to explore perceptions of local residents on aspects of the city, their memories of specific public spaces, and their changes over the decades as part of a dialogue and examination of urban transformation, urban revitalization, quality of life, residential narrative, and urban oral history.
The city is not only its spaces, but also its spirit. Memories of the built environment and urban spaces and places are a part of that spirit.

Magda and Igor, two Bachelor’s students at the Department of Philology at the University of Radom and also interns at the American Corner Radom, are participating in the project as interview facilitators as well as translators. We are grateful for their support!
