‘Indian Voices of Walking & Walkability’ Submissions Deadline Extended

Deadline Extended to May 31, 2024 for Submissions to The Indian Voices of Walking & Walkability Book Series

We have received a wealth of submissions (thank you to all who have submitted thus far!) and are happy to be working with a fantastic independent publisher for this series.

We now extend the deadline to also include illustrations as well as text-based submissions.

Text-based submissions can range from personal essays, research insights, interviews and other formats. Intersectional writings that explore the idea of Walking and/or Walkability in the context of other disciplines, such as history, politics, culture, religion, art, architecture, and the environment, are also accepted and encouraged. Illustrations referencing walking culture, practices, and environments of walkability (or lack thereof) are encouraged.
